Version: 1.1
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. General information
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the ANCHA AidUTeach educational platform, available at anchateach.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”.
The Platform is operated by GAMPAV S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity with the following identification details:
- Registered office: 3 Mircea cel Bătrân Boulevard, Building A1, Entrance D, Floor 7, Apartment 82, Târgoviște, Dâmbovița County, Romania.
- Trade Register registration number: J2026058050002.
- Unique registration code: 55710633.
- Contact address: contact@anchateach.com.
By creating an account and accepting these Terms, the user enters into an agreement concerning the use of the Platform, within the limits of the available features.
The Privacy Policy separately explains how personal data is processed. For paid plans, applicable pricing information, the Subscription Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy supplement these Terms. Where a conflict affects mandatory consumer rights, applicable law prevails.
2. Definitions

3. Purpose of the Platform
ANCHA AidUTeach is a digital platform intended to support teaching activities, in particular through tools for creating, administering, and assessing educational activities.
Depending on the available features, the Platform may include:
- Creating and administering tests and exercises;
- Organising assessment sessions;
- Interactive educational activities and games;
- Managing classes and grade registers;
- Creating and distributing assignments;
- Viewing answers, results, and progress;
- Tools for importing, exporting, and generating educational content.
Features may be developed, updated, replaced, or withdrawn over time, subject to users’ legal rights and any applicable contractual obligations.
The Platform is an educational support tool and does not replace the teacher’s professional responsibility or the official procedures of educational institutions.
4. Account creation and administration
Teacher accounts are intended for natural persons who have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Student accounts are intended for participation in teacher-led educational activities. Students may create an account at a teacher's direction, but registration alone does not provide an independent learning service.
Registration and acceptance of these Terms are separate from password reset or account recovery. Resetting a password does not require renewed acceptance of unchanged Terms. Material changes may require separate confirmation where required by law.
The user agrees to provide accurate information, keep authentication credentials confidential, and prevent unauthorised use of their account.
The account holder is responsible for activities carried out through the account to the extent that such activities are attributable to them.
If unauthorised access is suspected, the user must notify the Platform operator within a reasonable period.
5. Student access and protection of minors
Student access is linked to activities made available by teachers. ANCHA is intended for students of different ages, including children under 13. Creating an account does not, by itself, authorise every processing operation involving that student's data.
Creating an individual teacher account does not, by itself, confer authority to process any student data on behalf of an educational institution.
Data concerning minors must be limited to the information necessary to conduct educational activities.
Users must not enter sensitive data or excessive information about students into the Platform without a justified need and an appropriate legal basis.
Data-protection responsibilities, including the legal roles of the parties, are described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, in relevant data-processing agreements.
Where a school determines the purposes of processing, an individual teacher's acceptance of these Terms does not replace required institutional authority. Where consent-based processing falls under Article 8 GDPR, the requirements concerning children and parental authorisation apply; they do not automatically apply to every school assessment.
6. Teachers’ responsibilities
Teachers are responsible for selecting, reviewing, and using educational materials and for interpreting the results obtained.
Results calculated automatically by the Platform may require review or correction, particularly for open-answer exercises, complex assessments, or automatically generated content.
The teacher remains responsible for educational decisions and for any official use of results. The Platform does not automatically enter grades in an official school register; teachers decide whether and how results may be used under applicable rules.
The Platform does not guarantee that automatically generated scores, grades, or reports are suitable, without verification, for every assessment system.
7. User Content and copyright
Users retain the rights they hold in original materials uploaded to or created within the Platform.
By entering content, the user grants GAMPAV S.R.L. the non-exclusive right to store, process, display, and transmit it to the extent necessary to provide the requested features.
The user represents that they hold the rights or permissions necessary for the materials entered and that their use does not infringe third-party rights.
Unauthorised uploading or distribution of copyrighted materials is prohibited.
GAMPAV S.R.L. does not acquire ownership of users’ original materials merely through use of the Platform.
8. Automated tools and artificial-intelligence-generated content
Certain features may allow content to be generated, imported, transformed, or assessed through automated tools. Any artificial-intelligence feature and any external provider processing personal data will be described before use. Automated correction does not, by itself, mean that student data is disclosed to an external artificial-intelligence provider.
Such content may contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate wording.
The user must review materials before using them in educational activities, especially when they affect student assessment.
The availability of such tools and any providers involved will be disclosed in the relevant feature and data-protection information.
9. Permitted use and prohibitions
Users agree to use the Platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with its educational purpose.
The following are prohibited:
- Unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or data;
- Introducing malicious software or exploiting vulnerabilities;
- Attempting to circumvent security measures;
- Distributing illegal, discriminatory, abusive, or dangerous content;
- Infringing intellectual-property rights;
- Collecting personal data without authorisation;
- Using the Platform for purposes that impair its security, availability, or operation.
Technical measures intended to protect assessment integrity do not guarantee the elimination of every form of academic misconduct.
10. Service availability and modification
GAMPAV S.R.L. makes reasonable efforts to maintain the operation and security of the Platform.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, or the unavailability of third-party services.
Where possible and appropriate, users will be informed of planned interruptions with a significant impact.
Changes to the service will be made in accordance with users’ rights under applicable law.
10A. Pricing, payment, and digital service delivery
Plans, included functionality, billing period, and the total amount are shown before an order is placed. Charges are made in RON unless another currency is expressly shown at checkout.
Displayed prices include VAT. The total amount, including VAT, will be stated in the Subscription section, at checkout, and on fiscal documents.
Paid access is activated after the payment processor successfully confirms payment and that confirmation is recorded by the ANCHA system.
The Platform does not store card details. They are collected and processed directly in the payment processor's secure interface.
Withdrawal, cancellation, and reimbursement are covered by the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Renewal and recurring-payment cancellation are covered by the Subscription and Renewal Policy.
11. Security and privacy
GAMPAV S.R.L. applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks associated with the services provided.
Users must protect their authentication credentials and use secure devices and connections.
The collection, use, retention, and deletion of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms do not replace the specific notices and agreements required in relation to data protection.
12. Account suspension and closure
GAMPAV S.R.L. may restrict, suspend, or close access to the Platform in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, security risks, or other legally justified reasons.
Where possible, the user will be informed of the reason for the measure and of any opportunity to remedy or challenge it.
Where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or a security incident, access may be restricted without prior notice.
The user may request account closure by contacting the operator at contact@anchateach.com.
Account closure and data deletion are separate operations subject to applicable legal conditions and obligations.
Closing a teacher account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all student records. Retention, access, export and deletion are handled under the Privacy Policy, applicable law and relevant data-processing agreements.
13. Intellectual property in the Platform
The source code, structure, graphic elements, ANCHA AidUTeach name, interfaces, and original materials belonging to the operator are protected by intellectual-property law.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Platform for the purposes permitted by these Terms.
No provision transfers intellectual-property rights in the Platform to the user.
14. Liability
GAMPAV S.R.L. is liable for its own obligations in accordance with applicable law.
The Platform is designed as a teaching support tool. Teachers remain responsible for reviewing content and making educational decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, GAMPAV S.R.L. cannot be held liable for users’ improper use of the Platform or for materials they introduce without authorisation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumers’ statutory rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Changes to the Terms
GAMPAV S.R.L. may update these Terms to reflect legislative, technical, or operational changes.
Significant changes will be communicated to users within a reasonable period through the Platform or other appropriate means.
Where the law requires express acceptance of changes, acceptance will be requested before they take effect.
The updated version and its effective date will be made available on the Platform. Where acceptance is required, its record should identify the version and date; password recovery is not used as an unrelated acceptance mechanism.
16. Complaints and dispute resolution
Users may submit complaints concerning the operation of the Platform or the application of these Terms to contact@anchateach.com.
The parties will attempt to resolve any disagreement amicably.
Persons who qualify as consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) through anpc.ro.
Consumers may consult information concerning alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro, subject to the applicable conditions.
Information about cross-border dispute-resolution mechanisms in the European Union is available through the European Consumer Redress portal.
The former European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
Any disputes will be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction under the law.
